Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20 to 70 years 2. Patient having classical symptom of katigraha describing in ayurvedic texts like ruk and stambha 3. Patients presenting with symptoms of Lumber Spondylosis 4. Willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient below 20 years and above 70 years 2.Presence of systemic illnesses (e.g., RA, malignancy, tuberculosis,cardiac disease) 3.Neurological deficits or herniated disc with foot drop 4.Pregnancy or lactation 5.Recent spinal surgery or trauma 6.Known hypersensitivity to any trial drugs 7.Diabetic patients
