Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (18-70 years) scheduled for elective surgery under general anaesthesia requiring orotracheal intubation with ASA physical status I-III with BMI between 18.5-34.9 kg/m2 Willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal ASA IV Known or anticipated difficult airway Cervical spine instability or restricted neck movement Reduced mouth opening
