Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.All genders included aging 20-40 years 2.Clinically diagnosed Shoulder impingement syndrome 3.Pain level: mild to moderate (VAS 3 7) assesed by Numerical Pain Rating Scale 4.Induvidual with Functional limitations, assesed by shoulder pain and disability index (SPADI). 5.Individuals willing to participate in this study. 6.Any one test positive among this tests: Neer s Impingement Test Hawkins Kennedy Impingement Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of trauma, fracture, or dislocation of shoulder/cervical spine 2.Shoulder or neck surgery within 6 months 3.Neurological or systemic disorders (e.g., radiculopathy, diabetes, arthritis, hypertention) 4.Currently performing corrective or strengthening exercises 5.Pregnancy or other medical conditions affecting posture or muscle tone
