Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 80 years. Predominant unilateral pain in maxillary V2 distribution Diagnosis of idiopathic TN Inadequate relief or intolerance to standard medical therapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to lignocaine, steroids, or local contraindications. Pain of mixed origin Coagulopathy or on anticoagulants Local infection at injection site. Prior SPG block or PRF within 4 weeks Pregnancy. Patient refusal
