Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The undergraduate students aged from 18 to 22 years Using smartphone texting more than 2 hours per day Dominant hand grip fatigue will be taken right or left hand Student should able to read and writing in English Language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The individual doing heavy hand endurance workout 24 hours before the study History of any pre existing orthopedic or neurological conditions affecting the hand wrist or arm Students who had medications in last 24 hours for body pain fatigue or discomfort
