Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases: 1.The patients diagnosed of Urolithiasis of the age group between 18-60 years will be selected, irrespective of sex, occupation, race, & socio economic status. 2.Subjects who are willing to participate and sign the informed consent form. 3.Irrespective of stone size, location, unilateral or bilateral stones. Controls: 1.Healthy individuals under Age group 18 to 60 years with matching criteria of age and gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed systemic disorders like Renal failure, Tuberculosis, Polycystic kidney, Wilm s tumour and Neoplasms.
