Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To compare the perfusion of radial artery cannulated hand and noncannulated hand using perfusion indexTimepoint: Measured at baseline, after intubation, 5 mins after radial artery cannulation, every 10 mins for first hour, every 15 mins for second hour, every 30 mins for third hour

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Effect of Mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) on perfusion index 2.Effect of temperature on perfusion indexTimepoint: Measured at baseline, after intubation,5 mins after radial artery cannulation, every 10 mins for first hour, every 15 mins for second hour, every 30 mins for third hour
