Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum of 4-6 months of shooting experience. Shooters actively practicing any of the following disciplines:10 m Air Pistol, 10 m Air Rifle or Shotgun shooting. Participants having normal Body Mass Index (BMI) 18.5 24.9 kg/m according to WHO classification, recorded separately for male and female participants. Willingness to participate fully in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological, musculoskeletal, or balance disorders affecting shooting performance Ongoing treatment affecting muscular performance. Participation in similar training programs outside the study.
