Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: adults age more than 18 years of either gender Diagnosed cases of Dyslipidemia Patient with atleast One hypolipidemic drug prescribed Patients with informed written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not diagnosed with Dyslipidemia based on lipid profile or clinical evaluation patient not receiving any hypolipidemic therapy at the time of data collection Pregnant and lactating women
