Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Daily screen time more than or equal to 5 hours, Willing to participate and provide consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with diagnosed psychiatric disorder, On medication affecting digestion, Shift workers or night shift employees.
