Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 60-70 years Adults who can perform prescribed yoga practices Frail adults who have an Edmonton frail score of 5 to 9 [ mild and moderate frail] Those who are willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participation in yoga or regular structured exercise during the previous three months. Past medical history of heart disease, neurodegenerative and neurological conditions such as stroke, major depressive disorder, psychosis, anxiety disorder, severe hearing and vision impairments, cancer, or chronic kidney disease, patient with thyroid disorder. Individuals who have recently had surgery. Participating in another study at the same time. Mini-Mental Status Examination score above 25. Individuals on medication have fasting Plasma glucose levels above 126 mg/dl and postprandial 160 mg/dl. Individuals on medication having Blood pressure above 150/90 mmHg. Individuals on medication having a Total cholesterol level above 190mg/dl.
