Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of either gender between age group of 18 To 70 (both year inclusive). 2. Patients fulfilling the Rome IV diagnostic Criteria 3. Subjects who are willing to give a written consent for the treatment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients on Chronic Laxative Medication and who were on medications known to cause constipation. 2.Those with functional Gl Disorders other than Functional Constipation. 3.Patients with a history of abdominal or anorectal surgery in the past one year. 4.Known case of Major Systemic Diseases like IHD, Malignancies, Uncontrolled Hypertension and Diabetes Mellitus. 5.Patients with active infective diseases like Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B. 6.Pregnant and lactating women.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Helps in reducing constipation.Timepoint: Total 15 days of treatment will be there. During these 15 days, assessment will be done on 7th and 15th day.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To reduce sign & symptoms of Constipation as follows 1)Loss of appetite 2)Abdominal discomfort 3)Hard & dry stool 4)Feeling of incomplete evacuationTimepoint: Total 15 days of treatment will be there. During these 15 days, assessment will be done on 7th & 15th day
