Intervention1: Group G -GDHT programme using NICOM Monitor: Patients in the intervention group will be given i.v. fluids, vasopressors, and inotropes according to the Intraoperative haemodynamic monit
At the end of surgery total catecholamine administration, estimated blood loss, urine output, and infused fluid volumes will be recorded. The two groups will use dobutamine (drug concentration 50mg/50

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age 18 - 60yrs, - BMI between 25-35kg/m2. - ASA Physical Status II-III. - Major abdominal, urological or gynaecological surgery under general anaesthesia using laparoscopic or open approaches.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Emergency surgeries. - Pregnancy. - Severe renal insufficiency necessitating dialysis prior to surgery. - Other Uncontrolled systemic disorders - Allergy to 6% hydroxyethyl starch

The primary outcome is to compare the incidence of percentage of patients with moderate or severe postoperative complications. (AKI- Acute kidney injury; ARDS-Acute respiratory distress syndrome; DVT- Deep vein thrombosis; MINS - Myocardial injury after non-cardiac surgery; Arrhythmias; PE Pulmonary embolism) between GDHT and classic fluid infusion therapy during the first 30days after surgery Timepoint: During First 30 days after surgery
