Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Included male participants aged from 18 to 26 years old. 2. No significant medical conditions or injuries in the past 6 months that would limit participation in plyometric training. 3. Young adults engaged in regular play football (e.g., participating in sport at least (2 times a week).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any spinal deformity, any other musculoskeletal deformity that is interfering the study. 2. Any condition/ chronic disease which affects balance. 3. Any surgical history 4. Previously involved in any other training.
