Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Haemoglobin percentage for males ranging from 11 to 19 gm per dl and for females ranging from 10 to 16 gm per dl Medical beneficiaries with Signs and Symptoms of Dawali screened under CEAP scale Willingness to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Participants with SBP lower than 90 mm of Hg and DBP lower than 60 mm of Hg Haemoglobin percentage for males less than 11 gram per decilitre and more than 19 gram per decilitre and for females less than 10 gram per decilitre and more than 16 gram per decilitre People not willing for the study
