Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children between 4-7 years of age diagnosed with Karshya as per Indian Academy of Pediatrics (61-80%) (Underweight Grade I & II ) of malnutrition. Children who are able to take Oral medications and are clinically stable. Children whose Parents or Guardians are ready to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are diagnosed cases of Grahani dosha Children, having Congenital anomalies, Neurological disorders, Endocrine disorders and Anatomical defects, Metabolic/hormonal issues, Genetic disorders, Mal- absorption syndrome, Tuberculosis.

To evaluate the combined effect of oral administration of Ashta Churna and Vidaryadi Ghrita in Anthropometrical parameters in children with Karshya (Grade I & II Underweight). To evaluate the combined effect of oral administration of Ashta Churna and Vidaryadi Ghrita on Ayurvedic parameters of Karshya in children. Timepoint: Day 7 (During trial), Day 21 (during trial), Day 35 (after trial), Day 49 (follow up)
