Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years of either sex Diagnosed with anxiety disorder as per DSM 5 criteria and confirmed by Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale HAM A score more than18 Patients willing to give informed consent and follow study protocol
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with major psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia bipolar disorder Severe systemic illnesses like cardiac hepatic and renal Patients currently on long term anxiolytic or antidepressant therapy without washout period Pregnant and lactating women Known hypersensitivity to Glycyrrhiza glabra or ghee
