Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy subjects from both the gender in the age group of 50 to 75. Patients who are maxillary complete or partially edentulous (Kennady s Class I and Class II) who are previous denture wearers for past 6 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with history of any allergy or adverse reactions to the materials to be used in the study. Subjects who are on topical antibiotics, systemic antibiotics or antifungal agents, pregnant women, asthmatic patients who are on steroid inhalers, immunocompromised patients, and uncontrolled diabetes. Subjects who refuse to give informed consent.
