Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with parially edentulous jaw. Alveolar ridge width 4-6 mm. Age: 30 to 60 yrs. Site: minimum 2 mm of trabecular core between two cortical plates. Healed bone crest ( at least 6 months elapsed from tooth extraction/ loss) Presence of opposing dentition.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with systemic disease affecting bone regeneration and density. Patients who are on drugs affecting platelets . Immune compromised individuals. Pregnancy/ lactation. Smoking (or tobacco use in any other form). Poor oral hygiene.
