Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age group 18- 75 years of irrespective of gender, religion. 2.Willing to provide written informed consent and follow study related procedures. 3.To diagnose functional constipation using the Rome IV criteria, the symptoms must be present for at least 3 months, with symptom onset at least 6 months prior to diagnosis. 4.Those who have two or more symptoms mentioned in Rome IV diagnostic criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.K/C/O Structural anomalies of anal canal will be excluded like imperforated anus, anal stenosis, anal stricture. 2.K/C/O Rectal prolapse, IBS, Haemorrhoids, Fissure in Ano, Diabetic neuropathy, Diarrhoea, GERD etc. 3.Below age group 18 and above age group 75 yr.
