Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient showing signs and symptoms of Prameha Age 30-70 years Patient having their Fasting blood glucose level range of 120-200mg/dl. Post prandial blood glucose level range of 170 - 250 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: IDDM, Acromegaly, Cushing s syndrome and Pancreatic disorder. Lactating women. Patient with gestational diabetes. Patient suffering from Hepatic dysfunction, Renal dysfunction or Liver cirrhosis. Patient in whom DM is caused as drug induced complication, acute complications like hyperglycaemic coma, ketoacidosis and infections like gangrene. Those who are under Insulin therapy. Patient with DKA, Lactic acidosis, Sepsis. Patients with K/C/O Nephropathy, Neuropathy and Retinopathy. Patients with conditions like cardiovascular disease, acute MI,Immune compromised disease [HIV].
