Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elevated serum uric acid (more than 7 mg per dL in males, 6 mg per dL in females) Symptoms of Vatarakta ( Severe joint pain , Redness and swelling of joints, Burning sensation , Stiffness and deformity, Nodular swellings , Difficulty in movement.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Tuberculosis Pregnancy Malignancy History of renal failure
