Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: male players 18-26 players training legs in gym playing football at least 2 times a week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any recent musculoskeletal injury or surgery (last 6 months) Neurological or spinal disorders Players with less than 1 year of football experience
