Interventions

Intervention1: Sensorimotor training and oculomotor control exercises in-person: Sensorimotor training includes chin tucks 2 times in a week
10 repetitions 2sets 5 second hold for 4 weeks (targeting muscle deep flexors of cevical), and balance with head movements performed 1-2 minutes 2 sets with eyes open and close 2 times in a week for 4
all oculomotor exercises 2 times in a week for 4 weeks. Home Exercise Program includes stretching of cervical muscles: upper trapezius stretch, sternocleidomastoid stretch for 10-15 minutes twice in
all oculomotor exercises 2 times in a week for 4 weeks. Home Exercise Program

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Chronic non specific neck pain for more than3 months. 2 NDI score more than equal to 5 points. 3 Practising dentistis and trainee currently working more than 15 hours per week or with more than 6 months of clinical experience.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cervical pathology : diagnosed cervical disc herniation, spinal stenosis, prior cervical spine surgery. 2. Neurological and vestibular disorders that affect eye movement or balance. 3. Shoulder pathology or peripheral nerve entrapment. 4. Recent ( within past 3 months ) neck trauma ( whiplash ) or major head injury. 5. Ongoing participation in another neck-specific physiotherapy programs.
