Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged eighteen to twenty five years, as per World Health Organization classification. Both male and female participants. Individuals with Body Mass Index between twenty three point zero and twenty seven point four kilogram per meter square, classified as overweight. Physically active individuals who are not participating in any structured strength or resistance training program during the study period. Participants willing to take part in regular training sessions and comply with the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neurological disorders affecting balance or proprioception. Recent fractures, ligament injuries, or surgeries involving the lower limbs or spine. Presence of chronic low back pain or any hip pathology. Current participation in professional athletic training or rehabilitation programs. Unwillingness or inability to complete the study protocol or attend training sessions regularly. Participants with any musculoskeletal injury within the past six months.
