Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University level volleyball athletes, male and or female, aged eighteen to thirty years, who are undergoing regular training at least three times per week, free from diagnosed cardiovascular conditions or chronic illnesses, medically fit to participate in high intensity exercise, and willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes with diagnosed cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes mellitus, or any medical condition that may affect cardiovascular fitness or exercise tolerance. Athletes with recent musculoskeletal injuries or conditions that limit participation in resistance or high intensity exercise training. Athletes currently using stimulants, beta blockers, or other medications known to influence heart rate variability or physical performance. Athletes unwilling to participate or unable to complete the training or assessment procedures.
