Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pace bowlers (bowling speeds greater than or equal to 75mph/120kph) Club level or higher level players, who have been playing professionally for at least 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with cervical (muscle spasms, neck stiffness) or neurological symptoms (numbness and tingling, radiating pain) History of shoulder surgery History of traumatic shoulder injury Players with current shoulder pain
