Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinical diagnosis of subacromial impingement syndrome
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Prior shoulder surgery on the affected side. 2. Full-thickness rotator cuff tear confirmed by imaging. 3. Recent corticosteroid injection within 4 weeks. 4. Cervical radiculopathy or neurological deficits affecting the shoulder. Systemic inflammatory conditions
