Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants with BMI equal to OR more than 23

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre diagnosed individuals with endocrine disorders like hypothyroidism, diabetes, PCOS. Individuals on medications affecting weight. Individuals following any kind of diet on weight management. Chronic illnesses affecting metabolism

Improper Aaharsevan Kala is positively associated with Medovruddhi in individuals with high BMI. To develop and validate questionnaire of Aaharsevan kala and medovruddhiTimepoint: At baseline Assessment will be done where Improper Aaharsevan Kala is positively associated with Medovruddhi in individuals with high BMI.
