Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having serum creatinine level between 1.4 to 3.0 mg/dl for more than 3 months eGFR less than 60ml/min/1.73m2 for more than 3 months Patients indicated for Virechana karma and Basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient having serum creatinine level more than 3.0 mg/dl Female patients having pregnancy, breast feeding, post delivery period. Patients who are on renal replacement therapy, previous history of renal transplantation. Patients of hepato-renal insufficiency or renal insufficiency due to haemodynemic circulatory disorders and CCF, comobidities like cardio-vascular diseased, psychological diorders, serious acute organic diseases, liver disorders or metabolic disorders, any bleeding disorders. Patients contraindicated for Virechana karma and Basti karma.
