Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age of patients between 18 to 60 years age of either gender. 2. Diagnosed cases of Nidranasha as per Ayurveda symptoms. 3. Cases of Short-Term Insomnia according to DSM 5 TR. 4. Insomnia Severity Index more than 7.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from chronic Insomnia (more than 3 months). 2. Patients with psychiatric disorders. 3. Substance abuse (alcohol, narcotics, sedatives). 4. Pregnant or lactating women. 5. Severe systemic illness.

1. Improvement in symptoms of Nidranasha using Ayurvedic parameters before and after treatment. 2. Improvement in Insomnia Severity Index before and after treatment.Timepoint: 14 days study. FOllow up on 7th and 14th day
