Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Ajirna Selection of patients irrespective of sex religion and socioeconomic status etc Patients who are willing to give consent for research work

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with any GI disorder like IBS, peptic ulcer, chronic appendicitis, gall stone Patients suffering from chronic major illness and systemic disease Patient taking regular medicine like antacids Pregnant women and Lactating mothers 6. patients who deny to consent for research work
