Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Self- declared apparently healthy individuals. 2. As per ACHARYA CHARAK (Ch. Vi.8/122) -For paripakva dhatu vaya avastha- individuals irrespective of gender in the age group of 16-30 years. -For madhyam vaya avastha- individuals irrespective of gender in the age group of 31- 60 years. 3. Individuals who are ready to sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who are mentally disoriented, Alzheimers disease. 2. Individuals suffering from any chronic illness, neurodegenerative disorder, cognitive disorder, systemic illness or mental illness. 3. Individuals who are on any kind of medications (psychotic drugs, antidepressants) for the past one month. 4. Individuals who are addicted to alcohol and smoking for more than 5 years. 5. Pregnant females and lactating mothers. 6. Individuals who are below 18 years of age.
