Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum 1 year of participation in Cricket at intercollege, Taluka, District Level

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any kind of Musculoskeletal injury which could interfere normal cricket training or competing at the time of the study and previous history of low back pain surgery
