Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with complex renal calculi undergoing PCNL, where complex renal calculi are renal calculi with STONE score 9 to 13
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients where multiple punctures are not possible because of any reason (eg. Very less space between kidney and other viscera, malrotated or ectopic kidneys, limiting the access to calyces) Patients with active untreated urinary tract infection (UTI): Positive preoperative urine culture not adequately treated before surgery. Uncorrected coagulopathy: INR more than 1.5, platelet count less than 100,000 per mm despite correction. Pregnancy Patients on dialysis or with end-stage renal disease (eGFR less than 30 mLper min per 1.73 m )
