Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group from 18 40 years. Both male and female. Diagnosed with text neck syndrome. History of neck pain for more than 4 weeks. Presence of forward head posture. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cervical spine surgery or trauma. Neurological deficits or radiculopathy. Congenital or structural spinal deformities. Chronic musculoskeletal disorders or inflammatory conditions. Engaged in regular cervical or postural training in the last 3 months.
