Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Ruptured anterior circulation Aneurysm 2) Good temporal insonation window. 3) with or without EVD

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patient below 18years of age 2) Patients who refused consent 3) Unruptured anterior circulation or ruptured posterior circulation Aneurysm 4) Absence of Temporal insonation window. 5) Surgery beyond 3dsys of ictus.
