Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Regular participation in freestyle swimming training (minimum 5 sessions weekly) for at least the past 6 months. Participation in at least one professional-level freestyle swimming competition in the last 12 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of any injury/ surgery around shoulder, elbow and wrist complex within past 6 months. Currently complaining of any musculoskeletal, Neurological or cardiovascular issues. History of any systemic condition like fever or infections within 2 weeks. Uncorrected visual or vestibular impairments that may affect balance testing.
