Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals who are going to gym regularly since 1 year(3 times in a week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants having pain around neck, shoulder and upper back region since last 3 months Participants having any muscle spasm around shoulder, neck and upper back region (delayed onset muscle soreness) in last 24-48 hours Participants having any degenerative condition of shoulder and neck Participants having any history of surgery around shoulder, neck and upper back region Athlete/sports person Skin infections Open wounds Cortico-steroid therapy
