Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age atleast 65 years Undergoing elective surgery ASA grade one to three MMSE score atleast 24 preoperatively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergy to study drugs Psychiatric or neurological illness Chronic sedative use and antidepressants Severe nasal pathology Inability to consent.
