Intervention1: Hot mud application: Participants will be asked to lie down in prone position and hot mud (temperature 40-45 degree celsius) will be applied to the thoracic spinal region for 20 minutes

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are ready to participate in the study after signing the informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Female during menstruation Pregnant and lactating women Chronic smoking and alcoholism Individuals with any co-morbidities Cardiovascular co-morbidities Recent surgeries Psychiatric illness Taking medication for any chronic illness
