Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Apparently healthy individuals with no known musculoskeletal deformities or chronic illness 2.Subjects of either gender of age 18-40 years. 3.Subjects having ability and willingness to sign the written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individuals with congenital or acquired skeletal deformities, history of trauma, or chronic illness. 2.Pregnant and lactating mothers. 3. Individuals unable to comprehend or respond to the questionnaire due to psychiatric or cognitive issue.
