Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient diagnosed with Chronic gout with tophi and having acute flares of gout according to ICD11 classification FA25 with serum uric acid greater than 7 mg per dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with secondary hyperuricemia Causes- increased production -Leukemia, psoriasis, tumor lysis, obesity, hemolysis, polycythemia vera. Decreased excretion- CKD, diuretics, aspirin, lead, lactic acidosis Drugs-Thiazides, pyrazinamide, ethambutol, cyclosporine, tacrolimus Patients on allopathic drugs for gout (Urate lowering therapy) Renal failure, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. Pregnant/lactating women. Patients diagnosed with other types of rheumatological conditions

Expected to have the changes in Frequency of acute flares of pain episodes in patients diagnosed with chronic gout after administering Formica rufa 30C within the time period of 6 months, Expected to have the changes in frequency of NSAID usage during acute flare up of gout in patients diagnosed with chronic gout after administering Formica rufa 30C within the time period of 6 months.Timepoint: Frequency of acute flares of pain episodes in chronic gout and usage of NSAIDS during flares recorded in day dairy and cumilatively measured at Baseline 3rd month and 6th month
