Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed cases of Tundikeri as per Ayurvedic and modern diagnostic criteria. 2. Patients presenting with two or more signs and symptoms such as Shopha, Shoola, Toda, Daha, Paka, Ragatwa and Galarodha as described in context of Tundikeri. 3. Children aged 7 to 12 years, irrespective of gender, religion and socioeconomic status.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Tonsillitis with Fever (More than 100 0F) 2. Cases with peritonsillar abscess, retropharyngeal abscess, Benign tumour, tonsillar cyst or other complications. 3. Children with severe systemic illness - tuberculosis, HIV, uncontrolled diabetes, cardiac conditions. 4. Patients on long-term immunosuppressive or corticosteroid therapy. 5. Known cases of bleeding disorders or nasal structural deformities contraindicating Nasya.
