Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Systemically healthy individuals Bilateral impacted mandibular third molars

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with systemic diseases Smokers Pregnant or breastfeeding women Patients with history of allergies to blood products
