Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 60years Patients with an incomplete spinal cord injury in the chronic phase over 6 months American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale C or D Able to walk independently for 2 minutes without assistance Functional Ambulation Categories more than upto 3 Incomplete SCI ASIA C OR D Medically stable

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Complete SCI ASIA A OR B Cognitive dysfunction Uncontrolled comorbidities Had other neurological or lower limb impairments in addition to the i SCI Had vision problem Had walking and or balance problems prior to the iSCI

Improvement in gait performance measured by walking ability such as gait speed and step length in individuals with incomplete spinal cord injury following Virtual Based Assisted Gait Training compared to conventional gait training Timepoint: baseline and 6 weeks
