Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All scio - economic status Patients willing to give informed consent (parental/guardian consent for minors under 18). Clinically diagnosed cases of acne vulgaris, presenting with mild to moderate acne Patients of acne vulgaris meeting the indication of prescribing symptoms of Berberis Aquifolium.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating females Patients with nodulocystic acne Patients currently on any other acne treatment. Individuals with chronic systemic illness (DM, autoimmune disorders) Presence of other chronic dermatological conditions, known hormonal disorders (e.g.- PCOS, cushing syndrome, thyroid dysfunction)
