Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged between 18 and 25 years Gender: both men and women Individuals with less physical activity (less than 600 METs according.to IPAQ-SS) Those who are willing to participate to study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of type 1 and type 2 diabetes mellitus, hypertension and hyperlipidemia Known cases of cardiovascular diseases Known case of autoimmune disease Known case of PCOS Those who are taking immunosuppressants
