Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Clinically diagnosed cases of persistent allergic rhinitis as per IAP guidelines based on detailed history and characteristic signs and symptoms. 2.Age: 5-18 years 3.Gender: Both sexes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with lower respiratory tract involvement. 2.Patients who are on any other medication, like herbal medicines, or on oral corticosteroid therapy for a long time. 3.Patients with allergic rhinitis complicated by nasal polyps or deviated nasal septum. 4.Immunocompromised patients who are suffering from severe malnutrition, other chronic diseases or congenital abnormalities.
