Intervention1: 1Rocabado s exercise 2 shakers exercise along with conventional physiotherapy exercise: Rocabado exercises are used for patients with post traumatic or posture related TMJ dysfunction

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group between 18 70 years, both males and females, patients treated surgically along with adjuvant therapy Radiation Therapy and Chemotherapy ,patients treated non-surgically

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with any history of recent fracture nasal bone fracture, maxillary or mandible, Neurological or neuromuscular disease metabolic, myopathies or myasthenia gravis, Individuals not willing to participate. Inability to engage in oral exercises due to poor recovery of postoperative wounds Individuals undergone Partial glossectomy , Hemiglossectomy etc
